Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas or eligible for licensure
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, treat, and progress patients through individualized outpatient therapy plans
  • Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care focused on function, movement, and long-term outcomes
  • Manage a sustainable caseload while maintaining excellent clinical results
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery goals
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in the clinic’s EMR system
  • Collaborate with clinicians, support staff, and leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
  • Support clinic growth through strong patient relationships and outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical development, and process improvement initiatives
