As a Physical Therapist in our Boerne outpatient orthopedic clinic, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, establish measurable functional goals, and develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery. We believe excellent patient care starts with giving clinicians the time they need to think critically, educate patients, and provide evidence-based treatment. Our sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining documentation that meets professional standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain exceptional standards of care while continuously expanding your clinical knowledge. Compensation:

• Base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with clinical experience TX.
