  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, movement quality, and patient goals.

  • Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
  • Educate patients on their condition, recovery timeline, and home exercise program.
  • Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring providers, and clinic staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to support clinic flow and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional treatment environment.
  • Participate in clinical development, team communication, and process improvement initiatives.
