Office Manager Job in Seguin, TX

Professional Therapy Partners is hiring for an Office Manager job in Seguin, TX, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As the first point of contact in our physical therapy clinic, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our Clinic Director, therapists, and patients while helping ensure each visit runs smoothly. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, you’ll find a rewarding opportunity to grow with our team.

Support Exceptional Patient Care Every Day

At Professional Therapy Partners, we are dedicated to transforming the recovery journey through outcome-driven, personalized care. Across our growing network of physical therapy clinics in Texas, we strive to create an environment where patients feel comfortable and supported while our team members have the resources they need to succeed. As our Office Manager, your work directly contributes to that mission by keeping daily clinic operations efficient, organized, and patient-focused.

Your day will combine patient interaction with administrative leadership. You’ll welcome patients, coordinate appointments, verify insurance benefits, manage medical documentation, support billing activities, and help therapists maintain an efficient clinical workflow. Every responsibility helps create a positive experience for patients while allowing our clinical team to focus on delivering outstanding care.

Success in this role comes from balancing excellent customer service with strong organizational skills. You’ll communicate confidently with patients, physicians, insurance providers, and fellow team members while maintaining accurate records and ensuring clinic operations remain compliant with company policies and HIPAA standards. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and helping people feel cared for from their very first interaction, this position offers an opportunity to build a meaningful career in healthcare administration.

We believe great patient experiences begin long before treatment starts. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to compassionate service will help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Professional Therapy Partners and supports better outcomes for every patient we serve.

Compensation:

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour

If you’re ready to join a team that believes every patient deserves a welcoming and organized experience from the moment they arrive, we’d love to hear from you.
