Compensation:

Base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with clinical experience

Qualifications:

  • Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New Mexico or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish measurable functional goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on movement, performance, and long-term outcomes
  • Manage a sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 14 patients
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain high standards of care
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes and participate in continuous professional growth
