Compensation:
- $30 to $32 per hour, commensurate with clinical experience

Education:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Valid Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain high standards of care
- Participate in ongoing professional development
