Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
  • Valid Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Manage a daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain high standards of care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
