As a Physical Therapist at Santa Fe Sports Medicine, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, establish measurable functional goals, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. You’ll work with a sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 14 patients, allowing you to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while maintaining the high standards our patients deserve. We believe that quality care requires both clinical expertise and the time to build strong therapeutic relationships.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, commensurate with clinical experience

Education:
Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New Mexico (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting strongly preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish functional, measurable goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on movement, performance, and long-term results
- Manage a sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11–14 patients
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for all patient encounters
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care
- Take ownership of patient outcomes and actively participate in continuous professional growth
