As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance, and mobility conditions. Compensation
Base salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Education:
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- New graduates with strong outpatient orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
- BLS or CPR certification preferred.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, and patient goals.
- Deliver hands-on care focused on movement, strength, mobility, balance, and pain reduction.
- Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
- Educate patients on their condition, recovery plan, and home exercise program.
- Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with clinicians, support staff, and referring providers to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Support clinic growth through excellent patient experiences and strong outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and process improvement initiatives.

- Strong outpatient orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
