Movement is a vital key to health and longevity. During my time as a health and fitness instructor I have witnessed exercise and physical activity change people’s mind, body and spirit. Every BODY is unique and capable of many things. I was introduced to health and fitness at age 12 and I enjoy being active and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, snorkeling, swimming, and bike riding. Indoor activities such as weight training, dance, billiards, and bowling to name a few.
As I enhanced my knowledge of Exercise Science, health and wellness, I became passionate about teaching others how to take care of themselves so they may build and maintain quality of life. With experience in the Health and Fitness field going on 25 years, I have concentrated on Post Rehabilitation Fitness within the last 10 years. From cardiopulmonary rehab to physical therapy, I have helped people make the transition from rehab to fitness. As a physical therapy tech here at Integration therapy , I’m able to apply my knowledge and collaborate with the therapists in creating a restorative experience has changed my life. It became an essential part of my daily routine and a valuable investment. I have used exercise to keep me conditioned to live life to the fullest and used it to manage day to day stressors. I
